Two copies of the compilation of treasured Norwich school memories and family traditions, intertwined with recipes, drawings, poems, photographs, games...All works were submitted by the children and staff of the Marion Cross School -1998-1999 school year in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the 1898 school building. One copy was a gift from Fran Niles and the other a gift to the NHS from the Marion Cross School in gratitude for the NHS's help in planning the celebration. Note that some of the activities associated with this celebration are in Arch. Box - MCS 2022.19 Gift. These books have been moved to this archival box because of that. One of the books was given by Fran Nye and the other was given to the Norwich Historical Society. |
